Slovak national player proved again that he´s always ready for turnover. Not long ago against Galatasaray and now again with Gaziantep where the winning goal carries Miňo´s signature.
It should have been an easy victory for Fenerbahce, but Gaziantep proved reference about their good sport shape. When they held the game goalless yet in 75th minute, coach Kocaman gave his hopes into Stoch. „I believed I would get to play. The coach told me to try something in offense to win, any point loss could bury all championship chances. So I did my best and it worked out,“ says Miňo delightedly. And he was not far from scoring the goal himself. The goal came after his shot which ended on the post, a teammate deflecting it. „It was a very important victory for us, there was much euphory, among us and the fans as well. We are all one team which is great,“ said Miňo.
He came in as a substitute in last two games, and both times brought a turnover. „I hope it will help me return to starting eleven and my time will come at the end of the season. I´ll continue practicing at full pace, that´s the only way to get back into initial lineup,“ expressed his latest thoughts Stoch
